End User License Agreement (EULA) – Persi App Studio

This End User License Agreement is between you (the merchant) and Persi App Studio, part of Persi Group. It governs your use of our apps made available through the Clover App Market, including Persi Email Auto Sync.

By installing or using a Persi App Studio product, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. This Agreement is between you and Persi App Studio / Persi Group only, not with Clover, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or any other provider.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on Clover‑approved devices for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to send spam or unlawful content. You are responsible for your Clover account, your email marketing accounts, and the customer data you choose to sync.

Your use of Clover is governed by Clover’s own terms and privacy notice, and your use of Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, and any other connected services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or how they handle data.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use the app. By using the app, you instruct us to access and process data from your Clover account and from the connected email platforms to provide the sync and related features you configure.

If the app has subscription or usage fees, these are shown in the Clover App Market or in the app itself, and are usually billed through your Clover account. We may change pricing for future periods, with notice where required. If you do not agree to new pricing, you should uninstall or cancel the app before the next billing cycle.

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Clover. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by Clover or by law.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Persi App Studio and Persi Group will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability, if any, is limited to a modest amount or to the fees you paid for the app over a recent period, depending on your final legal wording.

You agree to indemnify Persi App Studio and Persi Group against claims and costs resulting from your use of the app, your violation of this Agreement, or your misuse of customer data.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should uninstall the app.
